9th October 2017, Jockey Harry Bentley
3-year old Dragons Voice has gone from strength to strength this season, and back on his preferred softer ground at Windsor on Monday there were huge celebrations amongst his owners as he scored his third win of the season!
Jockey Harry Bentley rode a great race and a fast exit from the stalls enabled him to settle the horse in a handy position. When the pressure was applied in the closing stages Dragons Voice did not disappoint and once again he just kept on giving, determined to keep his head in front. He went onto win by a cosy 1 1/4 lengths and we could not be happier for this progressive son of Poet’s Voice!
Dragons Voice has come out of his race well, and will now be wound down to enjoy a well deserved winters break. A huge congratulations must go to the Philip Hide team for all of their hard work this season. Philip has done a brilliant job with Dragons Voice in 2017 and we are so pleased he is to remain in training for his 4-year old campaign.
It was certainly the way to end the 2017 season with this super little horse, and we can’t wait for 2018 with him already!
Thank you so much to Francesca Altoft for the below images of Dragons Voice. She really does capture some magnificent photographs and copies can be ordered via email.
