Our final naming morning for our 3rd 2-year old of 2019 took place on Saturday 15th June as we were joined by 25 Owners & their guests at Gary Moore’s Cisswood Stables.
This daughter of Nathaniel is making fantastic inroads with her training! After an encouraging racecourse gallop in the week, the filly undertook a decent canter up the grass gallops for Owners on Saturday. She showed professionalism as she strode out beautifully, delighting her trainer once more.
Gary really like this filly and said “she is continuing to take her training very well and has such a great mind for a 2-year old. I was encouraged with her gallop and she really does grab the ground suggesting that she would benefit from some rain on her debut. All being well I think she could be ready for entries in July.”
On returning to the yard Owners enjoyed some nibbles and personalised cakes (see below) before we raised a glass of champagne to the winning name…..Isayalittleprayer (the Dam is I Say.)
Isayalittleprayer has come out of last week’s gallop well and there are some interesting targets over 7f in early July for her. Fingers crossed the rain stays around for then.
