About Court In The Act

This athletic son of Court Cave has been such a joy to own and is a firm favourite amongst his owners and Lambourn based trainer Harry Derham. Court In The Act won on his debut in a bumper for the Derham yard before proving to be a revelation over hurdles with a Class 2 win on Boxing Day at Kempton Park’s King George Fixture followed by a further two classy victories last season at Market Rasen and Ascot!

He seems to be improving with age and there is an exciting new chapter to come for Court In The Act as he heads Novice Chasing this winter. We cannot wait for more excitement!

Pedigree

Court Cave may have been unraced himself but he’s slowly establishing himself as a decent NH sire. Grade 1 Cheltenham Festival winners include City Island and Willoughby Court, as well as Mister Whitaker and Court Minstrel. The Dam has produced another winner (albeit over fences) named Shanty Alley and hopefully Court In The Act can follow in his footsteps when it comes to his new chasing career!
